Betty Friedan, feminist and author of the Feminine Mystique, was a hurt, angry woman, who sadly deceived millions of women and destroyed many families leaving many men, women and children damaged. Dissolving the Family Betty Friedan, founder of NOW, referred to traditional family life as a "comfortable concentration camp" from which women needed liberation. Sheila Cronan, one of the feminist movements most respected leaders and spokeswomen said, "Since marriage constitutes slavery for women, it is clear that the women's movement must concentrate on attacking marriage." >>Why all feminism does is tear apart the traditional family- of husband, wife, and their children.

The 'masculine mystique' – why men can't ditch the baggage of being a bloke
Far from embracing the school run, most men are still trapped by rigid cultural notions of being strong, dominant and successful. Is it leading to an epidemic of unhappiness similar to the one felt by Betty Friedan’s 50s housewives?
